Health and welfare of employees is a prime concern of MMG. It has set up clinics at important locations where its major projects are in progress, in addition to its permanent clinics at its head office in Dammam, Jubail and Munaifah. All the clinics are manned by trained nurses and general physicians are also put in place at the head office, Jubail and Munaifah. All the clinics are equipped with the state-of-the art emergency equipment as well as basic first aid amenities.

Nurses are also available at all the clinics to the patients. Emergency ambulances are available round-the-clock at project sites as well as at permanent clinics to transfer patients to specialized hospitals in case of complicated cases or to shift the injured or sick employee from the site to the clinic to provide basic first aid.
These facilities are obviously meant for any on-job incidence or sickness.

In addition to these clinics, MMG also provide full medical cover to its all employees and their dependents. Employees could visit any of the specialized hospitals in the Kingdom for all kind of treatments.
